Aston Martin has built a track supercar V12 Vantage – GT3

The company Aston Martin track declassified version of the supercar V12 Vantage – GT3, which will take part in the annual marathon “24 Hours Nürburgring.” The competition will be held from 19 to 20 May this year.
Racing V12 Vantage GT3 was built in cooperation with specialists from Bilstein. Supercar equipped with six-liter engine V12, which dropped out from 608 to 557 horsepower in connection with the requirements of the regulations of the competition.

In addition, the car has received dedicated six sequential Xtrac transmission with paddle gearshift paddles as well as the ABS and traction control, which are specially designed and tuned for racing Aston Martin. Dynamic performance of the machine, which weighs 1,270 kilograms, was not disclosed.

In addition to the V12 Vantage GT3, the racing on the track will be released hydrogen modification hatchback Rapide S. It will be the first car with a similar power plant, participating in international racing, and the first car to pass round the Nürburgring without carbon dioxide emissions.
