Aston Martin will release “24 Hours of Le Mans” art car

Racing division of Aston Martin – Aston Martin Racing – art car revealed Vantage GTE, which will take part in the marathon “24 Hours of Le Mans” in the nearest weekend. Coloring was ordered by private owner racecar Darren Turner.
Livery of the car was created by the German artist Tobias Rehberger, known for his abstract works. According to him, he wanted to make a picture that would create a sense of movement and speed, even when the vehicle is stationary. To add this effect Rehberger used optical-geometrical illusions.

Racing Aston Martin Vantage GTE equipped with a 600-strong “eight” and a six-speed sequential gearbox. Last year, the car brand took on the “Le Mans” the whole podium in the class. The car with number 97, won this year’s special livery, came sixth with a broken power steering.
